The Waiting Room has been influenced by the grand hotels of post WWII in Europe and the Americas and aspires to opulence, longevity and comfort.
A place for a cocktail on the way out, a romantic hideaway, or a place of comfort away from home, The Waiting Room can transform from casual lounge during the day to a sophisticated cocktail bar at night.
No detail at The Waiting Room has been overlooked with antique crystal glassware, copper mugs, vintage cocktail equipment and soda guns sourced to complement the produce-driven bespoke cocktails and concise wine program, which offers premium wine by the taste, glass, carafe or bottle. Even the music has been carefully considered with a special compilation created by Anton Monsted, Baz Luhrmann's Music Supervisor on Australia and Moulin Rouge.
