The Heritage Brasserie, Bar & Boardroom is based upon the grand cafes of Europe. The brasserie offers an all-day a la carte menu through to late night dinner, and boasts a European dominant wine list. The Bar joins the Brasserie with a historic facade, dramatic high ceilings, handmade French pewter bar counters and marble floors.

The Boardroom is a private dining room that can accommodate twenty people overlooking St Georges Terrace. The Boardroom is available for corporate functions and meetings, with varying seating options, a TV, and dining facilities. The Boardroom can seat up to 20 guests.

Lurking in the basement is Bobèche, a deep and moody personality for those wanting a dark and intimate setting to enjoy an extensive wine list, mixed cocktails, diverse liquor offering, tap beer and food options.
