The Carrington stays true to its origins: a good old fashioned, neighbourhood pub but with food and drinks that are way better and more interesting. There's a Spanish angle to everything: think the pintos bars of San Sebastian - but all in an Aussie pub on Bourke Street, Sydney.

There's high tables and stools in the front bar, so you can get your pub on, but head out the back and our dining area will make you want to lose hours here; ideally over some pintxos and a glass of tempranillo on the weekend. There are loads of nooks and crannies throughout the pub, so you'll always find a spot. The Carrington also provides loads of function spaces.
